  • Chef Laura offers custom meal plans based on your dietary needs. She prepares a variety of fresh, health-supportive meals each week. She handles all the menu planning, grocery shopping, prepping, cooking, packaging and cleaning, saving you valuable time. Delivery or in-home personal chef services are available.

  • Chef Laura creates a new menu each week, with a variety of protein-rich entrees and seasonal vegetables to choose from. With enough notice, Laura can accommodate most special requests and substitutions. Sample Menus may be found here.

  • A standard family meal plan starts at $250 (plus the cost of groceries). The plan includes:

    •  Choice of 5 dishes (3 protein-rich entrees + 2 nutrient-rich veggie sides)

    •  2 - 4 portions per dish

    •  fully-cooked meals delivered to your door

    At less than $20 per portion, this plan is most cost effective for small families looking for dinners, or adults who want leftovers to get through the week. Please contact us for information on smaller orders.

    In-home personal chef services start at $300 (plus the cost of groceries). This includes:

    •  a fully customized menu of up to 3 protein-rich entrees + 2 nutrient-rich sides

    •  family-size portions

    •  fully-cooked meals prepared in your home, leaving your kitchen clean and your fridge stocked

    Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, cash or check upon delivery.

  • Using as much seasonal and local produce as possible, Laura shops for the highest-quality ingredients, including organic poultry, dairy, eggs, legumes and grains, grass-fed meat, wild seafood, extra virgin olive oil. Sources include Farm to People as well as her favorite local butcher and fish monger. Laura believes using only fresh, all-natural ingredients makes for better tasting food that also supports your overall health.

  • Choose up to 5 dishes (3 different protein-rich entrees plus 2 veggie heavy sides to mix and match). You may order 2-4 portions per dish. If your needs change, you can adjust your order to receive more or less food. No week to week commitment is required. Laura will work with you to choose a plan that best suits your needs.

  • Deliveries are made Monday evenings typically between 4-6 pm. Other dates or times can be made available to best suit your schedule. Simply let us know your preferred delivery day and time frame, your address, and any delivery instructions, such as an apartment or buzzer number, or whether a doorman can receive your food.

  • The deadline to order is by noon on Fridays, for delivery Monday evening. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for any custom orders. This is to ensure adequate time to source and stock all ingredients and plan schedules for staffing and deliveries.

  • Meals are labeled and packaged family style in sturdy reusable containers that can be collected and used again each week, as opposed to single-serve disposable containers. Clients may provide their own containers for Laura to use or make any packaging requests.

  • Yes. We are happy to set up a trial of 2 portions of 3 dishes for you to taste our food. First-time trial orders also receive $25 off.
